Sahak of the nine colors! Spells and stuff.

The skill points should add up...

I agree about corrupt spell, but which one? Or should we use the houserule that Demiurge suggested? Spell thematics doen't really fit him, as it is more of an illusionist thing.

As for a spell sheet, well, we could write down what spells he usually keeps memorized as well as a list of what spell he knows outside of those from the PHB.

Yeap. Krish, what other books should we use spells from? Tome and Blood, Magic of Faerun and Book of Vile Darkness?
I dont have the last one, so that would be your assignment.

I believe we can officially declare the skills for finished, now we need the feats & spells.

Off course, the only sourcebooks I brought with me were Defender of the Faith and Masters of the Wild, forgot TaB as well as MoF, so I cant do much on the spells from here....

Did we have all the Epic feats settled by now?

3x Automatic Quicken Spell
Craft Epic Arms and Armor
Epic Spellcasting
Improved Metamagic
+1.....

The last epic feat should be Epic Skill Focus (Spellcraft) netting him a nice +10! bonus on his spellcraft checks.

As for what other sources, well here is a small rundown of sources:

BoVD (there is a few spells in it, I think he should have)
FRCS and Magic of Faerûn™ (Acid Storm is one of my favourite spells.)
Tome and Blood.
and perhaps from Manual of the Planes.

I think that would be it...

Now for the regular feats, he gains feats at the following levels:

1. - Feat + Scribe Scroll
3. - Feat
5. - Bonus Feat (metamagic or item creation, I usually go for craft wand here.)
6. - Feat
9. - Feat (The landlord feat from SBG is best to get here.)
10.- Bonus Feat (metamagic? or item creation?)
12.- Feat (craft staff, nuff said)
15.- Feat + Bonus Feat (another metamagic or item creation)
18.- Feat.
20.- Bonus Feat.

He should have the following feats as a base:

Craft Magical Arms and Armor (LVL 6 or 15)
Craft Staff (Lvl 12)
Craft Wand (Lvl 10, 15 or 20?)
Craft Wonderous item (Lvl 3)
Landlord (Lvl 9)

Other than that, it is up for discussion. If you have any suggestions, please note at what level he should aquire the feat.

Later,

How about...

1: Spell Focus (Enchantment)
3: Craft Wondrous Item
5: Extend Spell
6: Spell Focus (Evocation?)
9: Landlord
10: Craft Wand
12: Craft Staff
15: Quicken Spell
15: Silence Spell... Perhaps Corrupt Spell?
18: Craft Magic Arms and Armor
20: Greater Spell Focus (Enchantment) or Spell Focus (Necromancy)?

I don't really think that spellfocus fits Sahak, as he is not really the type that focuses on one type of magic (nine colors and all that...)

So instead, basing it on your list:

1: Spellcasting Prodigy: Wizard (from the FRCS, best feat for a wizard ever!)
1: Scribe Scroll (he get's this for free)
3: Craft Wondrous Item
5: Extend Spell
6: Skill Focus: Spellcraft
9: Landlord
10: Craft Wand
12: Craft Staff
15: Quicken Spell
15: Spell Penetration
18: Craft Magic Arms and Armor
20: Greater Spell Penetration

Spellcasting Prodigy increases his caster level, DC and number of bonus spells, while Spell Penetration and Greater Spell Penetration helps him beat Spell Resistances. Skill Focus increases his spellcraft checks which helps him cast more powerfull epic spells.

Comments?

Dont have FRCS, but Spellcasting Prodigy sounds good.

When I looked at low-level feats, I actually considered Spell Penetration, but forgot it because he wouldn't pick it at low levels (you dont fight monsters with SR at low levels). So, when I made the higher level feats, I had forgotten SP entirely.
I still think a Spell Focus (Enchantment) wouldn't hurt, it still sounds like he might use those spells a little, bittle tad more than other schools (or at least, the schools were higher DC matters).

Is Skill Focus a requirement for Epic Skill Focus? Dont know how many wizards that would use a normal Feat for Spell Focus (Spellcraft). If it's a requirement, then sure.

It's not a requirement, but they stack, which is mighty important :D

So if we do take Spell Focus: Enchantment, what feat should we replace?

Later,

Tough one... Extend spell is great and Quicken spell is a prerequisite for Automatic Quicken. One of the Craft feats? Or Skill Focus? Damm, I hate feats, you never have enough of them....

If you're going to add Spell focus (ench.) at the expense of one of the feats on the list, I'd suggest you get rid of Craft Wand. After all, wands only hold up to 4th level spells, and he could just add those to a staff anyway.
Just my nightly mini-contribution

Demiurge out.

Thx Demiurge. You are perhaps right, since I was planning on making a Staff especially for him, he wouldn't need a wand. Instead, he could carry around a scroll or two, if he needed the extra spells. He could use the exercise, the lazy bastard.

I just think, since he described as being dominating, that Enchantment spells would be especially useful for him. Off course, not wanting to offend Krishnath as well, Spell Focus (Enchantment) seems as a natural choice....

Thx Demiurge :)
