D&D 4E Sandbox game: should I 4e?

Thanks everyone for the Sandbox explaination. I pretty much run things this way all the time, even when I'm running a plot-heavy game.

I almost forgot--hey Fitz! I have heard of Hourglass via the VGG (one of the admins is playing in this game) but have never been out to Port Moody (I'm relatively new to the area). And I live in East Van (near VCC). Keep an eye on this thread... once I get up and running, maybe you can join us for the odd session.
