Are there any Scarred Lands adventure modules?
Yes. It is only one set of adventures, but the Serpent Amphroa is the only Scarred Lands mod I know of. (There are many Necromancer Mods that use Scarred Lands creatures but are not based in the Scarred Lands.)

Are they like an FR adventure? ie. they're heavily based around campaign events that take place in novels and PCs are puppeteered through 'em by the GM?

If Mordenkainen wanted to make "first contact", who should he see? Just the first grumbling old coot with a pointed hat?
No he should come see me, Bl'ayne Nightfall. Sage of Shelzar and not to mention a guy that NEVER forgets a damn thing he's ever read. (well usually!

) Then if he wants company he can go visit that coot Yugman...I guess he's alright for a wizard.

Is there much life under the sea in the Scarred Lands? Is there sea elfs and sahuagin and other such stuff.
Well we got this nice Blood Sea...and it's got TONS of stuff. Saughin aren't in the Blood Sea...but they can be in the Blossoming Sea. Most get pushed around by the "upstarts" the Pisceans. They are pretty bad ass, Pisceans are.

Is there psionics on the Scarred Lands?
Yes, especially if you like the idea "Slacerians are some kind of psionic entities". I know I do.

Are there elven subraces on the Scarred Lands?
Well there are the former High elves, the Forsaken elves. They are pretty much a bunch of whiners but they make great "troubled" archmages.

The wood elves are not the wood elves of the DMG but more like "woodsy" high elves. Only they favor druidism and rangerism to wizardry. Then we have the drendalia or dark elf. They aren't spider worshippers, they like golems and enjoy digging underground, they love to kill mountain dwarves, and oh yeah, they have dying god themselves.
