Satisfied that her last target is not a threat at the moment, Aislinn takes note that the other archer has a bead drawn on her fellow Hounds. Her fingers seek a special arrow; she pulls it from the quiver, draws to the cheek and lets fly in a single smooth motion. The tiny holes bored in the clothyard shaft give off a high pitched whistle which ends in a crash of thunder as the arrow buries itself to the feathers in the archers chest.

The Bard follows with another shot at the same target, but her follow up misses.

Colin, seeing the vulnerability, launches his own Bardic attack and finishes the archer.

The prone drow stands up quickly and not seeing any foe immediately around him dashes towards the bar, flipping over the obstacle and crouching behind. He spots Wilhelm doing the same and tosses a wry grin his way.

Round 6

Thayoon retrieves the large keg strapped to the bottom of his pack and yanks it lose with sharp tug. Lighting its fuse on one of the chandelier's flickering flames, he lobs the explosive squarely onto the balcony right between the 2 archers. There eyes get wide as the iron bound casque exlodes in a massive green fireball that fully engulfs them both. The blast looks to have been cleverly angled as the emerald flames barely curl down over the edge of the upper level.

I angled the close blast 5 area of burning hands so that the bottom of the 5 square cube is at balcony level and nobody on the ground floor got hit. :cool:

Lucien looks about the taproom, and seeing only one remaining orc, surrounded by his companions, he lowers his weapons. The blood drips slowly off of the twin blades, and onto the floor.


If the orc flees this way, Lucien will engage him. Otherwise, he'll let the others kill the thing.
 


GM: The other on the balcony was already down before Thayoon toasted him. Only the foe on the floor remains. And not for long I expect.
