Tabitha, who wasn't interested in the drinks because nothing is free, rolls her eyes but finds her way to where the others are, stifling a yawn with the back of her left hand and scratching her head with her right.
"I never really got guns," she says. "They're small, but take longer to load than a crossbow and make a LOT more noise. Decent skills and a good hand crossbow will bring down a score of guards and no one's the wiser. One gunshot, and everyone knows what's happening and where you are."
She snorts as a clay pigeon explodes.
"Boys and their toys."
