Wilhelm wipes his mouth from the foamy head, then turns back to shooting. As he misses his second shot by a hair—the first one striking—he gives his "cheering section" a blaring look. His last shot hits as well.

"D'Accord, Lucien! We cheer louder next time and he hit dem all!" ;)

Tabitha, who wasn't interested in the drinks because nothing is free, rolls her eyes but finds her way to where the others are, stifling a yawn with the back of her left hand and scratching her head with her right.

"I never really got guns," she says. "They're small, but take longer to load than a crossbow and make a LOT more noise. Decent skills and a good hand crossbow will bring down a score of guards and no one's the wiser. One gunshot, and everyone knows what's happening and where you are."

She snorts as a clay pigeon explodes.

"Boys and their toys."

Henre takes up the guns again clearly thinking that this may be his chance to win. After easily breaking the first he also just misses the second. The stress of the match finally got to him when he saw at best he would only tie again. He tensed so badly that the gun went off before the clay was well into the air. Several of the spectators joined Manous in cheering the old man after his victory. Henre proves gracious in defeat. He passes his gun to the servant and bows to the winner. "Very good sir. Most impressive." He motions for a servant who brings over the winnings on a tray. "Have you had dinner yet? I would be honored to buy dinner for you and your companions and you can tell me how you came to have such fine skill. I noticed your weapon when you joined us. That is a very fine piece."

"Good show, Wilhelm," cheers Lucien, lifting his mug high in the air!

OOC: So, how much did Lucien win for his 10gp worth of bets?
