"This little tiff has gone on long enough," Colin declares as he draws his singing blade towards the nearby Orc. "C'mon, lads. Let's finish this off!" He deals the Orc a sound blow.

Heeding Colin's call to charge, Ali charges to attack the same orc, slashing down on his shoulder with his longsword. "I'm your new worst enemy, orc!" His blow leaves the Orc bloodied.

Tabitha blinks, a little taken aback by the sheer durability of these Orcs. Then she shrugs and resumes her attack; sleek steel rapier ringing against pitted orcish black iron! This blow is too much and the Orc falls dead.

"You have to give them credit...they can take a beating!"

Malkyr looms over the fallen Eye. He quickly delivers his poison with a precise dart from his blowgun and has left the darkness before it dissipated. As the light returns the Orc leader is revealed dead on the floor.

The Orc Archer, angered by the death of his leader, takes up an axe and lands a vicious blow on Ali (12 damage). The two remaining Archers also continue to fight, one misses Thayoon with a shot and falls prone while the other unleashes a volley that strikes both Ali and Colin (9 damage each).

The ever eager Paladin charges to form ranks with Ali and Colin. He too lands a powerful blow on the beleaguered Orc Archer.

[sblock=Scotley]I'm not sure exactly how to act 'cause I don't know which orc archer (on the balcony, I'm guessing) hit and which missed. Actions below assume it's the archer Aislinn hit last round with Jinx Shot (N10) that missed - that archer will fall prone as a result of missing after being hit with Jinx Shot.[/sblock]

Satisfied that her last target is not a threat at the moment, Aislinn takes note that the other archer has a bead drawn on her fellow Hounds. Her fingers seek a special arrow; she pulls it from the quiver, draws to the cheek and lets fly in a single smooth motion. The tiny holes bored in the clothyard shaft give off a high pitched whistle which ends in a crash of thunder as the arrow buries itself to the feathers in the archers chest.

The Bard follows with another shot at the same target, but her follow up misses.

OOC: Colin will take the opportunity to attack the Orc Archer in P10 using Staggering Note. This is a ranged attack (the only way Colin can attack the guy from where he is), but I don't think the Orc next to Colin can make an Opportunity Attack because it's HIS (the Orcs') turn (you normally can't make Opportunity Attacks on your own turn). Besides he's marked and bad things will happen if he attacks Colin. CRITTED IN THE FACE! Ok so the effect is, beyond the damage, that the target is pushed 2 squares. So Colin pushes the archer to N9. He also grants an ally a melee basic attack against the pushed archer. That honor will go to Francois, of course, the only one adjacent to the archer at the end of the push.

OOC: I'm thinking that's got to be Ali. There are only Ali and Manous (and Colin) adjacent to that orc and I think he was bloody when I found him. Even if not, Manous would give the hp and bonus to damage to Ali, just because Paladins do sh** like that.

OOC: Okay, the interrupts have really screwed things up. As I fear they will frequently do. So here's the deal. The wounded Orc on the balcony is now prone. The other didn't hit Ali and Colin after all and you guys got to whoop up on them. The next problem is Colin's push. There is a wall directly behind those guys on the balcony. You can push him along the balcony, but not back to Francois as he will still be below the Orc with a ceiling/floor between them and an interposing wall. Sorry for the confusion. If you do push the Orc along the balcony he'll be shoved into the other Archer's square. I have no idea how to adjudicate that, so I've got to dust off my Rules Compendium...
