Deft Strike is the one that lets you take a standard action and then next round make a touch attack? And if you need sneak attack, skirmish should count as it, I'm pretty sure. I don't really understand the question, but I'll try to piece it together. Quick Reconniter lets you make reactionary spot checks as afree action once each round. Note the bolded word. Deft Strike lets you do a spot as a standard action to make the foe's armor/nat armor/etc... worthless on the next attack... So no, there is no synergy on them, at all. DS is a special use of spot. No ability to make spot checks as a lesser action should affect its use. The feat is defined as taking a spot check as a standard action, so by a strict reading alone, any ability that let you make say...free action spot checks would not work. Sure, you made a spot check, but you didn't do it as a standard action, so DS doesn't trigger. And then there's the game balance argument, which goes a little something like this: NO!!!!!
