While Jack scouts ahead Timati frowns and concentrates attempting to discern if the dagger is marked by evil forces.

Domaskis stays at timati's sides and watches Jack disapper further into the tunnel....

In Common to Timati just above a wisper:

What's it do Timati? Is it evil? I don't like this..... I know too little for my own comfort.... this place worries me and I can't place my finger on why that is....

Casting Detect Evil on the dagger shows that it radiates a subtle but potent aura around it.

Timati nods to Domaskis and whispers

"It's evil"

He then stands up and concentrates activating his haste spell, followed by a divine favour spell, followed by activating his bless weapon spell on his staff. And then following Jack's example Timati seems to blend with the shadows as his footsteps pass into near total silence.

"You should already know that it is atleast partly evil, considering the source and it's purpose. What we need to worry about is how we will complete our job, considering that each person can only use it once. We need to kill these fiends as efficiently as possible, and to do that we may need to reveal some of our, abilities, in combat."

"There are only 3 of the witches. We can worry about this after they are dead." Aedon muses aloud "We need to get this over with." He unslings his bow and readies himself for combat.

Timati perching up near Jack looks down and focuses. He then leans back and his hands moving in the complex gestures of Drow Sign Language signals to Jack.


"Hemisphere of Force Around Hags. Need to Astral travel or Disintegate in. "

"Let's retreat then. We have to move in together."

When he's far from the opening, Jack emerges from the shadows

"We have to deal with spectres and what looks like three hags. The hags are protected by a barrier of force. I can bypass it. Who else can?"

 

[Kalanyr]

Timati nods and follows Jack back, emerging from the shadows behind the rogue.

"I can. Aedon? Sei-Ryu? Domaskis? Nameless ? If not can any of you use Disintegrate to remove the blasted barrier? "

 

[Argent Silvermage]

"I will deal with the undead. I cannot break the force barrier to my knowledge." The Paladin says grasping his holy symbol in one hand and pulling Vigilance (his Holy Avenger) with the other. "I am prepared."
