Sealed In Blood - Prologue

First Encounter and Round 1 of the Fight!

Jack easily teleports within the area of the hags. He first notices the two closest hags, who he identifies as night hags. One of them seems out of the ordinary, with black scales decorating her withered purple skin, along with longer than average claws and fangs. The other hag seems like a normal one, albeit her eyes are a burning red and her skin more shimmering, almost beautiful-both seem to be completely unaware of the intruder.

The third hag, however, Jack doesn't have a clue what she might be (cannot identify with an untrained Knowledge: the Planes check)-she is clearly more fearsome than the rest. Her skin is pitch black, with ebony jewelry decorating her body and a rod made of an equally dark material across her waist. Her eyes seem to almost not be there, but within seconds of your arrival Jack feels her gaze rest upon him.

Jack then feels a strange tingling feeling within himself, but feels fine. A moment later though he looks down at his body, which is quickly evaporating into shadows before his very eyes. He feels a cold darkness take over his body, just as the third hag smiles. The rogue's body darkens, and he is turned into a shadow... (2 rolled for the Fort save vs. DC 34 for a 40 using Dexterous Will, then rolls a 6 for the Fort save vs. DC 34 for a total of 28, failing)

The hag smiles, seemingly alerting her companions telepathically, and then gazes intently upon the newly formed shadow.

Hyanda, a mere fraction of the second later, teleports above the wall of force, but hasn't managed to spot Jack at the moment, or at least what's left of the thief (Rolled a 4 for the spot check, for a total of 58), he does, however, notice two of the hags mantaining the ritual, with the third looking for more intruders...

To the rest of the group-After Jack teleported, you haven't been able to spot him-and the cleric, Timati seems to have vanished to those not using True Seeing as well.

Jack's Shadow-33
Agatha (3rd Hag)-22
Hyanda-21

"It starts..."
A small mongoose sighs.

Nameless returns for a brief moment to the form of a black clad human, pronouncing arcane words to an invisibility spell.

Appearing inside the wall of force Hyanda charges and pounces on the closest hag, his blade flashing out to carve into the evil creature before withdrawing and heading over to the being wrapped in blankets with his remaining movement.

Standard Action:

Partial charge the Hag and Pounce for an FRA
AC 71
Touch 49 Flatfooted 56 Flatfooted Touch: 34 Incorporeal Touch 59 Flatfooted Incorporeal Touch 44

Atk: +5 Lightblade +62/+57/+52
Dmg:
Lightblade (+5 Holy Chaotic Keen Longsword of Leopard's Readiness, that may invoke Bless Weapon at caster level 1 as a standard action) 1d8+ 38 (+5 enhancement + 27 1.5xStrength + 6 luck) + 2d8 (positive energy vs evil) + 2d6 (holy vs evil) + 2d6 (chaotic vs Lawful) (16-20/x2) + Lightblade is under a Bless Weapon spell effect (threats automatically confirm vs evil and it bypasses evil Damage Reduction and counts as a blessed weapon.)

Move Action: Fly to the blankets (provoking an AoO from the hag I'm retreating from)

OOC- The wall of force has a gap between it and the ceiling a miscommunication between the scouts and Sollir which means that Dalamar can fly people in if he wants.

Continuation of Round 1:

The celestial scores three impressive hits to the third hag, his blade cutting impressively into her while it's holy energies bite in more. (A total of 157 physical damage and 19 holy damage dealt)

Hyanda then retreats 10 ft. up and 10 ft. over to the top of the altar, just over the blanket, the lead hag's claw trying to touch him as he retreats, but she misses.

At the sight of this, the second hag, Synthis, stops momentarily to lift up a hand as brilliant red energy seems to flow into her from the other two hags-and forms the True Seeing spell, as Hyanda recognizes. She looks around for the intruder and then spots him, and calls upon her fiendish nature as celestial feels his skin begin to wilt.

(Empowered Horrid Wilting, hag rolls a 17 vs. Hyanda's SR, penetrating it, Hyanda rolls 38 vs. DC of 24 for the Fort save, and takes 75 damage.)

M'jekk stops and also casts True Seeing.

The specters spraed out in a ghastly, 20 ft. diameter ring, surrounding the baby in a hemisphere.

End of Round 1

Begin Round 2 (Everyone who's not in the current battle may still post actions, just forwarding it til then since they can't do much relevant)

A shadow moves from the corner at a quick rate up to Hyanda, where the celestial's blessings and defenses stop it's attacks from hitting home. However, the celestial isn't able to see where the attack came from...

(Jack's shadow rolls a total of 41, 33, and 41 versus Hyanda's flat footed touch AC of 44, Hide total is 62 for the round, Hyanda rolled a 2 for his spot check for a total of 58, not enough.)

Sei Ryu's impressive dragon-warrior form flies diagonally forward at an impressive rate, the wings at his side slicing through the air like a sword. He manages to fly over the wall, and closes the distance between himself and the hags.

Agatha smiles, "More visitors, how amusing." She eyes Sei Ryu, before pointing at Hyanda, "Die." The invisible spell seems to bounce off of him however, and she frowns (Rolled a total of 32 vs. Hyanda's 38 SR). She lifts up her other hang and a beam of powerful negative energy courses through it, but the celestial is able to dodge it, just barely (attack total of 47 vs. his 49 touch AC). The hag is clearly angered by the lack of her usual strategies working.

Hyanda will kneel down and throw the blanket off the thing and then pick it up and if that doesn't take too much time then fly outside the wall of force to the party.

Move Equivalent and Partial Action- Throw Back blanket, pick up creature
Standard- Begin flight out (Flight Speed 200) if Move-Equiv is left then FRA for a full flying run for 800 ft.

Continuing Round 2:

Hyanda uncovers the blanket to discover a baby, a dark-haired human girl to be precise. He then takes off, the Shadow of Jack swiping at him as he passes by, but misses once again. (Attack roll of 43 on the AoO). He has to move 20 ft. up first to ensure the baby's safety versus the specters, then flies back towards the group with impossible grace for the speed he goes at. (180 ft.)

Some telepathic coordinating goes between the hags and Synthis readies herself to do more evil to the celestial.

Domaskis petitions his deity for a miracle, and from him powers emanates forward as a blue-white ray which causes the wall of force infront of them to shimmer once before dissipating.

M'jekk moves forward seconds later, casting a dispel at the celestial in an attempt take away whatever wards may be on him

Synthis steps forward a split second after M'jekk and attempts another round of dispelling (from both dispells Hyanda lost Haste, Divine Favor, Improved Invisibility, and 3 Magic Tattoos), before casting Chain Lightning upon Sei Ryu, who avoids most of the spell (rolled 19 vs. DC 27, 70 damage turned to 35), and then it arcs back to Hyanda, but the secondary bolt has no effect upon the celestial.

At the hag's command all the specters make a mad rush to Hyanda, but all of them who can get close are stopped by an invisible barrier surrounding the celestial.

All the hags are now on the side of the altar that's closest to where the groups at, Agatha and M'jekk 10 ft. from it and Synthis 40 ft. from it, Hyanda is 180 ft. away from the altar, with 7 specters just over 15 ft. away from him and 5 ft. below and 8 more 20 ft. away. Zack flew 85 ft. up and 145 ft. forward, bringing him 235 ft. above the ground and 45 ft. pass the wall of force, 255 ft. away from the hags and 140 ft. away from the first group of specters.

Other PC actions for this round needed.

Initiative Order (for those on the scene):

Hyanda-21 (269/330 hp)

Hyanda's round 3 action. (For when it comes up)

Run: 800 ft towards the group and out of the cage, taking whatever movement is necessary to avoid AoO from the specters to the child.

"Don't worry I'll be back to play soon, just got this poor child to save first."

(Attacks are at -6 to last round and damage is at -15 due to lack of Divine Favour and being unable to hold the Lightblade two handed while carrying the child.)

Aedon flys in and lets loose a round of Undead turning as he moves to intercept the Celestial. "By all that is Good and Pure, Begone!" he yells (turn undead as 24th level cleric +7 modifier)
He than will attack the closest opponent still standing.

Holy Avenger Melee: +33/+28/+23/+18 (totaled) Damage from Holy Avenger: 1D8+5/+5 str/+1d6 flaming/+2d6

AC: 32
Flatfooted: 28
Touch: 14
Hits: 268

Spell effects normally active in combat:
30’ radius aura of bluish light causes 1D6 damage to all undead (helm of Brilliance)
First 30 points of fire damage absorbed by helm of Brilliance
30 points of fire immunity per round (Ring of Fire Elemental Command)
Holy Avenger is Flaming Weapon (helm of Brilliance)
5’ radius SR: 15 (From Holy Avenger)

Holy Blessed Weapon
Positive Energy Aura: Undead within 15 feet is automatically effected by my Turn undead as follows any undead of 14th level or lower are automatically turned and any of 4th or lower are immediately destroyed.

"Who wants to go in?"
Nameless' voice comes from much higher and sounds deeper than it was previously.
(Half-celestial mature adult gold dragon form, starting to write combat stats right now. I believe feats should be chosen by Sollir since those are what would be the default for such a critter)
