no because the sentinel fest only negates one single method of safely running away, if your not using this method the fest is not in play to begin withMobility let's you safely run away from someone with the Sentinal feat. Negating it.

And mobility has other aspects, like +10 speed and ignoring difficult terrain.
In your reading. Mobile is completely negated by Sentinel. +10 movement and ignoring difficult terrain doesn't exist if my speed is reduced to 0 because of ypur Sentinel. I might as well erase the feat from my sheet.
.
Just to throw another log the fire, how would you interpret sentinel relative to somebody using Repelling Blast or Thorn Whip to move the creature away from you, rather than the creature using its own move action?
Opportunity attacks are pretty specific about requiring a move action to trigger the reaction. so my interpretation is that Sentinel does not allow the reaction in those cases... but it does seem a little ambiguous since the trigger for the reaction is now described in the feat rather than being part of the more general rules for the opportunity attack.
No, forced movement doesn't provoke. I play this different with, say, a feared or charmed person, as they are 'forced', but using their own movement.
