Serpentskin armor
"Made from the discarded scales of a giant snake, this armor still carries the serpent's resistance to poison."

...and yet there is nothing that gives you resistance to poison or anything mention of poison as a property/power etc. Should it be Resist poison 5 in addition to it's Daily power or am I missing something?

I would say the flavour text is off, not the armour crunch. Hard to know. Could be they forgot the Property line, which may have included poison resistance 5.

Forget the 'poison' part, what about the bit about being made from snakes' 'discarded scales'. What the? Snakes shed their skin, sure, but discarded scales? Those must be rare (unless of course you do the killing and take the snakes stuff/scales). I can't imagine a snake 'discarding' their scales though.
