Unless you invent "maidenweed" alchemical concoction (yeah, I know FR has something like that) or a "contraceptive" cantrip, characters of all stripes are likely going to be rather cautious owing to the possibility of pregnancy. This isn't the modern world we are talking about. And I imagine natural type would be even more keen to that fact than those that might have been brought up in a civilized society where teaching such matters to unmarried youths might be considered taboo.
