I have never had sex with my DM. However, I have been on the other side of equation and yes, I did show preferential treatment to the player I was sleeping with. It wasn't all that much. I did give her elven chain mail at 1st Level.

In all seriousness I have not seen it in a game. I have not played with a group that had a DM/player couple. I would be curious to see what happens when the other players find out and or get tired of it.
