Strangely enough, some of the more interesting RP scenes i've played or sceen are have been same sex players playing an opposite sex romance, and when done in a mature and adult manor, it shouldn't be a problem.

However, if you're just looking for a way for your character to "Get his freak on", you probably still don't need a rule set for the skill.

Keep in mind, for the RP aspect, it's unlikely the female is just going to hook up with you because your PC is horny, so there will need to be some RP involved beyond the "Make a performance check" unless you're using somewhat more devious ways to get around that, and that's crossing a line that is probably best not crossed.

I would go with charisma checks for attractiveness, and then perform or knowledge skills for proficiency in the jungle love as others have mentioned

So Perform (Jungle Love) with + 2 Diplomacy Synergy seems a good final answer...
