D&D 5E Shadow step out of a grapple?

Yes, and I thought this was obvious, but there were a significant number of people asserting that nothing says you can see through an invisible thing, only that you can't see the thing anymore.
Nod, if it's an illusion, camouflage, 'clouding minds,' an SEP field or the like, rather than seeing through the door, you'd likely see it as a particularly blank and disinteresting section of wall. If it were transformation or light-bending, you could see through it.

This trick clearly works by RAW:
grappling sets your speed to 0, it doesn't do anything else, like preventing you from attacking or using special abilities
grapples end if the grapplee is outside the grappler's reach.

It's always good when the rules of D&D and the rules of cool are in concurrence :)
