Shadowrun D20??????

First Post
Just wondering if anyone knows if this is real or not. Shadowrunrpg.com has posted a d20 version of the game to release at gencon 2004. Have no idea if this is real or not of just a April Fools day joke.

Did anyone who posted here bother to go through ALL the preview art?
The last one says Happy April First from Fanpro.

It's only a joke.

Stick to Urban Arcana meets OGL Cybernet for your Shadowrun D20 fix....

If this turns out to be an April Fool's joke, you're going to be needing one big stimpatch, chummer.

Dude, you are the best. I laughed like a moron in my seat at work for 3 minutes solid. :heh:

Well, I did as most of you have, looked through the art before I posted to this forum. I can see Fanpro covering up any speculation about a d20 version of Shadowrun by making it look like a joke. The top half of the page dealing with the Shadowrun Core D20 book looks legit but the bottom part of the page is definitely a joke. I still cant see Fanpro taking down their entire web page dealing with Shadowrun, the online store links, etc just for a one day joke. Anyway if anyone finds out anything new please post here. Thanks!

So to cover up speculation about Shadowrun d20...they announced Shadowrun d20 on April Fool's Day, and made it an obvious [once you poke around for two minutes] gag.

This all assumes, of course, that although they are actually doing Shadowrun d20, they don't want anyone to know about it at this time.

Quite honestly, I cannot refute that argument.

Why not? Other places have done it. Last year, I think it was Monte Cook who took his entire page down and replaced it with a page saying that he was leaving RPGs behind to take up painting.
