If you need help making a village on NPCs let me know. I am already envisioning a ranger/druid/sorcerer with a seal companion/familiar.

Magic harpoon made of caribou antler, polar bear fur armor, and ofcourse snowshoes of speed.

Shark World is an open project and everyone who wants is more then happy to help. I'm sort of the guy in charge and seem to be the main force driving the ideas. Drowdude has also been a big help, but don't tell him I'm afraid it'll go to his head

So, If you want to define a village by all mean s go ahead and do that, You might want to read some of the other Shark World threads to get an idea on the world, or if you have any questions you can feel free to ask in here:

That's SHARK World. Completely different except that this was started becasue of him. Sort of. Somepost a thread asking for info on SHARK World. I was thinking it would be a water world and that sounded interesting. However, upon reading the thread it turned out to be something completely different. So, as a sort of joke I started Shark World thread in Plots and Places. It took of and become a force of its own. So, here we are defining a new home brew world .

So, how do envision their goddess?

Okay, so we take the goddess. What was her domains of influence before the sacrfice and what are they now after the sacrifice? She is the sole elven god so has a lot of responsibility. See absorbed some of the powers of the other gods (which could be cool to give her one or two abilities that just don't fit) but she is searching for the rest of the elven god powers. It went elsewhere and she has no idea where. That really worries her.

Weapons made of ice that doesn't melt. These weapons are very rare and have to specicially prepared by the master elven smiths. They use magic to make the ice more durible so that it can even witstand being struck by the most durible steel and remain unbroken.

Crafting anything out of this special ice is very difficult, all DCs are increased by ten. Any magical weapon automatically has the frost ability at no extra cost.
