3: The oak sings over the clouds; redirects the beauty of the body!

Battered, Temuro almost adopts the Phoenix style, but remembers that the move includes a water part. Thus, he settles for teh oak style.

"Temuro's move is beautiful, but nonsensical. Rathan, for his part, attacks solidly but without grace. Alas, the oak has no voice. Point to Rathan."

One flag Rathan, three flags neutral.

*Driven to win his brown belt.... Rathan does something he almost never does...... he takes a cheap shot in despration to keep his point streak alive.....*

1: The kama sucker punches the pillars; shreds the chi of the horn!

2: The unicorn kicks the shrine; unrelentingly guards against the efforts of the storm!

Choosing his remaining effective attack, Temuro takes the Ki-Rin stance and kicks at Rathan.

The judge smiles puckishly as Rathan, trying to hit Temuro from behind, gets kicked in the groin instead. “It is difficult to punch with a kama,” he observes, “but for the unicorn, kicking is the most natural thing in the world. Rathan, you should have guarded against the hoof, not the horn. Temuro’s strong attack and unrelenting defense give him victory; point to Temuro.”

Four flags neutral.

Temuro’s Hand:
1: The fang blasts the clouds; protects against the slash of the holy ground!

2: The lizard sinuously decimates the badlands; removes the violence of the spring!

3: The cherry blossom rides atop the fountain; removes the efforts of the abomination!

4: The phoenix drops by the pillars; parts the tempest of the fires!

5: The chimera decimates the wastelands; scatters the blood of the tides and quickly negates the chaos of the maze!

Rathan's Hand:
1: The snake splits the grotto; dominates the touch of the ledge while it sings in the midst of the violence of the bird!

2: The staff decimates the fountain; shields the roar of the river!

3: The fox becomes one with the village; removes the descent of the tree!

4: The thunder appears by the bluff; shields the tempest of the shell!

*Rathan uses the smart fox style to become one with his village surroundsing and uses it to his advantage.....*

3: The fox becomes one with the village; removes the descent of the tree!

5: The chimera decimates the wastelands; scatters the blood of the tides and quickly negates the chaos of the maze!

Temuro attempts to find the vanishing Rathan and strike him.

“An interesting round,” muses the judge. “For the fox to become one with the village is a surprisingly strong move; the fox is the trickster that feeds off the flocks of men, and when it becomes one with the village it can work its will unseen. But in this instance, the mighty chimera is quick to see through the fox’s labyrinthine schemes, and its own attack is mighty indeed. Point to Temuro.”

One flag Temuro, three flags neutral.
