I am hoping to have the threads created created Monday so you guys can atleast work on some character developement stuff. We may not get a really big start until the week after.

Favored Enemy: Same Race and Not Eeeevil!
I did not explicitly answer the question of a Human Ranger taking Humans as a favored enemy. The rules specificly disallow it unless you are Eeevillll, but I am OK with it.
Nothing majorly rule breaking or unbalancing there.

They changed that in 3.5, you can see it here. It was in 3.0 that you could only take your own race if your were evil, but it was a particularly ludicrous rule. Bounty hunters who focus on tracking down the scum of their own race are pretty common, and most likely rangers, and not evil people.
