My favourite from above was the British paladins vs Ozzie Barbarians. I can see that working, automatically.

In my brother FR campaign, Sembians were English, Zhents had really bad German accents, Dalelands were "oo-ah countrified" types...etc etc. I think Thayans may have been Italian...
