This kind of fines are easily assumed. It's like newspapers paying fines for publishing pictures that were taken without the consentment of the person portrayed or super factories paying millions in fines for contaminating the nature.

The fine may not even happen, depending the relationship between Hasbro and Buy.com.

I know when 3.5 released, they shipped those early. So why I went with Amazon this time knowing that buy.com has a habit of convenient-to-me mistakes I don't know.

*Shrug* no rush. Our 3.5 campaign is still going strong. Though everyone wants to try 4E, we just can't fit it in the schedule.
