The 5.5e spell lists make it pretty clear that the arcane list still isn't being made with much in the way of weapon strikes in mind. The primal and divine lists still have all the spells like searing smite and ensnaring strike.

What's more, is the bladetrips are gone, so there is no arcane swordmage capability in any way whatsoever this edition so far.
They’re the same edition.

You can just use the blade cantrips, because Tasha’s is completely legal and compatible with the OneDnD playtest rules.

And it’s a playtest. There is no “edition thus far”.

Lastly, they clearly stated that the playtest early on at least is only featuring spells that are in the phb, so the absence of a later published spell does not mean it’s absent, and that if something isn’t mentioned in the UA documents at all, it should be treated as unchanged from the existing rules.

Not being core doesn't mean that they will be "gone". They're not core in the current edition and they're not "gone" at the moment.
We also have no idea yet whether they will be core in 2024. I suspect not because they’ll want Tasha’s to still be valuable, and so little from that book will be put into the PHB IMO, but we don’t know.

The question is about the actual 5.5rules after the playtest is over and the new half edition is released.

There isn't evidence there will be a swordmage support for 1DND at release yet.

Green Flame Blade and Booming Blade weren't in the PHB. So they aren't in the One D&D playtest and aren't core. (IMO they should be made core but as things stand they aren't).
There are a few other possibilities.

For instance, Eldritch Blast is not on the list either.

And Booming Blade on a rogue is a bit overpowered.
