D&D 5E Sigil and the Outlands has Planar Rules

I have a feeling that, like in the original Planescape product, they'll give a short description of all the gate towns, but only go into detail for a handful of them.

I don't expect anything crazy, but maps and a simple description, enough to build on, seems likely.
