Phoenix- F Elan Soulknife 5 (AC: 20, HP: 24/50, PP: 5/6)

Spot: 1d20+0=5, Listen: 1d20+1=4
OOC: I was going to say if I saw/heard the creatures enough to attack, then I'd do that, but looking at my rolls, I better grab another mushroom this round. If she gets damaged again, she'll use her power to ignore/heal the damage. She has 5 PP left, so she could heal up to 10 points of damage if needed.

Phoenix does her best to get more of the mushrooms since she can't seem to see or hear whatever is attacking them...

Next round - spot and listen checks needed again  also need another fortification save

Rowan -51 hp - Rowan continues to swing his guisarme and draw the attacks. Takes 2 pts damage from the spores in the air.

Phoenix -17hp - Does not see or hear the invisible attackers and instead grabs another mushroom while yelling to Rowan to take a healing potion. Takes 1 pt damage from the spores in the air.

Lookspring -25- Does hear both invisible attackers and can tell there location enough to make an attack. Takes 5 pts damage from the spores in the air. Quickly fires off 2 shots, both hitting the target.

Attacker1 -29 - barely misses Rowan (due to combat expertise)

Attacker2 -0 - hits Rowan for another 17pts damage.

round: 1(surprise); 2; 3; 4; 5

mushroom collection count: 2+2+2+1=7

OOC: Rowan can't last much longer like this. I'd like for him to use his combat expertise to increase his AC, but I don't know if he could do this against invisible opponents. I don't see it explicitly ruled out, so I'll include that in his rolls. I don't know if it makes sense, though, if he couldn't see them. If you don't allow it, Big B, then just increase his attack roll by 5. But 5 BAB moved from attack to AC, Rowan's rolls are: spot 3, listen 10, to hit 7 dmg 8. AC 21 (25 w/shield spell), since Rowan loses his Dex bonus to AC against invisible opponents.

IC: Rowan continues swinging wildly, as he can't figure out where the creatures are.

Phoenix- F Elan Soulknife 5 (AC: 20, HP: 24/50, PP: 4/6)

OOC: Spot check 1d20+0=14, Listen check 1d20+1=5, and Fort save 1d20+3+4=26(with +4 from Resistance racial power by spending 1 PP)

Once more, if my spot check is high enough to target one of the creatures, then she will attack it: Possible attack if she can spot one of the invisible attackers. Expending psionic focus to add 2d6 dmg, and if they are a living and non-mindless target. (1d20+8=14, 1d8+4+2d6+1d8=17) Dangit! I am SO taking Blind Fight for my feat at 6th level!

"Rowan! Take a healing potion or something! Damn these invisible things!!"
Phoenix curses while either attacking (if she spotted one) or getting another mushroom.

Lookspring tries to locate the attackers again, getting more and more angry that they are freely attacking him while remaining hidden themselves.

OOC - Lookspring Spot and Listen checks (1d20 8=20, 1d20 8=21) (If they are magical beasts his checks are 4 higher for favored enemy)
If I can spot them I'll use my bow, if I fail to spot them I'll grab another mushroom.
Lookspring Fort Save (1d20 6=12)

Does hear both invisible attackers and can tell there location enough to make an attack. They are not magical beasts.

Next round - spot and listen checks needed again

Rowan -51 hp - Staggering from his wounds Rowan retreats as far from his attackers as he can get.

Phoenix -27hp - not able to detect the location of their attackers picks anothermushroom.

Lookspring -37- sensing from sounds fires 2 arrows at the invisible attackers hitting the first once again for 4 pts.

Attacker1 -33 - attacks Phoenix hitting her unaware for 10 pts damage.

Attacker2 -0 - attacks Lookspring hitting for 12 pts damage.

round: 1(surprise); 2; 3; 4; 5; 6

OOC: Fort save +7; spot -1; listen +5. Rolls14;0;7

IC: Rowan attempts a withdrawl (full round action), using his best guess as to a path of retreat giving his opponents the fewest parting shots against him.

"I can't hold them!" he shouts at the others. He'll try to end up on the other side of the mushrooms, about 30 feet away.
