The corpse is not animated - just a piece of the terrain - and something to search if you have time - also you do not see anything in the area that could have attacked Lookspring.

OOC: Phoenix's init is +2. IC is down still it looks like, but you can roll it whenever you are able to BigB. Phoenix manifests her mindblade (free action) and moves towards Lookspring and his invisible attacker. She tries attacking blind in the area that the threat might be based on the side Lookspring was bitten on, unless she bumps into anything else on the way over there. In that case, she attacks whatever is in front of her. It would be +8 to hit and 1d8+4 damage.

"Hold on Lookspring! I'm coming. Use the wand on yourself if you can, or a potion."

Rowan will follow Phoenix, but keep about 15 feet away. He pays attention and tries to see what's attacking Lookspring. Can he see a shadow? Or footprints?

ooc: Characters can make listen and spot checks each round against the attackers hide and move silent checks. If the character succeeds against either listen or spot you will know location of the attacker.

I'll try to take a 5' step in a random direction, then pull my wand with my move action and try to heal.

OOC: +9 2d4+4 normally. Ac 18, 22 w/sheild spell, which he will put between him and where he thinks the creature is. to hit 17+9=26, 7 dmg. per IC. They've modified IC a bit. I couldn't put in a note.

Rowan -1 hp - shouting Rowan rushes forward stabbing with guisarme and feels resistance to his thrust.

Phoenix -16hp - Phoenix moves forward to where Rowan struck the creature and swings her mindblade but misses the invisible creature.

Lookspring -20 hp - Lookspring scrambles backwards away from his attacker and heals himself.1d8+1=2

Attacker -7 - Rowan feels the wind rush by him as he narrowly avoids an attack. Phoenix not as quick on her feet after missing with her strike is bitten for 14pts of damage.
