In response to the new threat, Torrent moves to H12 in order to protect the two bow-wielding elves. She grips her battleaxe and readies to attack anyone who steps through the alley door.
One of the alley thugs (I 14) throws open the alley door and moves to H13, sap in hand to menace Arnir and Torrent. "An 'ouse full a spell slingers eh? We be rich tonight boys!"
Torrent's readied action triggers and she slashes with fury at the first thug through the door. Her axe catches the thug on the collarbone and digs a deep and bloody wound. The thug stumbles and roars in pain, but stays up.
"Get 'em Sauce!" yells one of the thugs in the alley, and the attack dog bounds into the open alley door making straight for Kirio and lunging to snap its jaws around his forearm (G 12). The other thug from the alley strides in after the dog and attempts to knock Kirio out with his sap (G 13). On his way though, he runs afoul of Torrent's attack of opportunity and though she quickly slashes her bloody axe at the second thug, the attack swings wide.
The dog's jaws lock on tight to Kirio's arm, piercing his armor and drawing blood, but the Thug misses with his attack.
At the front door, one thug continues to attempt to distract Alric. The other thug, battered and now wearing only a leather strap where his shield once was screams out in fury: "To the abyss with this bounty, I want their hearts!" He drops his sap, draws his shortsword and lunges at Alric with murderous intent, only to scrape his sword against Alric's tower shield.

Lars takes in the new violent arrivals and wonders briefly if this when it all ends for him. He refocuses and jumps down from the bar and heads to E13 and tries to shoot the dog latched on to Kirio's forearm from point blank range.
OOC: Lars hopefully gets a sneak attack since the dog cannot defend itself directly, but I am not sure where the dog is exactly or if the DM will allow this. I will roll the damage roll just in case.
ps OOC: This automated dice roller is obviously malfunctioning.

Arnir's eyes grow wide with white-hot rage as he sees his Elven brother set upon by the filthy mongrel and dirty, toothless ape. He slips past Hrimr, knowing that he leaves himself open to attack as he does so, and moves to H10 where he takes aim at the snarling beast and lets fly an arrow he only hopes will find its mark in the skull of the wretched monster.
Lars, your bolt fires wide as you're unable to find a clear shot at the hound.
Arnir, the thug indeed attempts to club you over the head with his sap as you slip by Hrmir. His sap connects with your temple with a thud for 5 points of non-lethal damage. Once you shake off the dizziness, your bow shot, much like Lars' misses its mark due to the swirl of melee combat.

Hrimr takes a tactical step back (5 ft to I11) before summoning another dart to his hand and hurling it at the dog that attacked Kirio.

As Kirio watches blood slowly ooze from the puncture wounds on his arm and feels a certain desperate calm overtake him as he faces down the nasty mut and the thug before him.
As a Wayfairer he often performed feats of acrobatics, juggling, flipping off tables onto chairs..., and well, why not now. "@#$@#% it"
He tumbles into a diving summersault away from his oponents (Accrobatics check to F 10 to avoid AOO)

Kirio, though you manage to back flip, both the attack dog and the thug take quick attacks of opportunity against you. However, the dog's jaw snaps on thin air and the thug's sap fails to strike you.
Unfortunately, your bow attack flies wide of the attack dog.
