Smallville 10-13 SPOILERS

So, who else loved this episode? I loved the whole Clark/Christ and Lex/Satan duality and finally Clark FLEW on his own!!

Originally the producers said "No flights, no tights!" and said maybe Clark might fly in the last episode of the show. They are apparently moving away from that. I'm totally loving this show. I wish they would follow Clark into adulthood.

But the whole Clark dying as a mortal and being resurrected by his father was interesting. Very Christ-like. And also now that Jor-El can possess Lionel Luther's body, you have even more of the Christian allegory going on. You have the original son, Lex. Who turns evil. And the new son, Clark, who just died and was resurrected. And they both now "share" the same father.

Awesome!

I also really liked this episode. But was it flying or was it just a really big jump? You could argue it either way, I'm just bringing up the question! :)

I enjoyed it. Also saw it as a jump and not fight but then, it was a step closer to it. ;) Big on Clark thinking about what to tell everyone and holding back information.

Random thought: is Lionel back or is he Sup's father spirit playing the role?

I see a lot of ducks getting into a row.

They should have kept Clark human for an episode or two more I think. And now we go back to the lana and clark angst that never quite worked very well now intensified since they slept together. I think Chloe should tell Lana no matter what Clark wants.

Oh, I think it was a jump.

Now we have to wait and see, who will be paying the price for his powers to be back.

And he has live to it, and honestly, he knows in his heart, that there's nothing he can do about it...yet.

And yes, it was a JUMP, and nice one too. :D

Only one thing harmed my enjoyment of this show: It took place in ONE FRIGGIN' HOUR. Chloe gets from the school to Clark's house in seven minutes? They encounter and talk to military personnel, military personnel checks out one silo, then Chloe calls bad boy, he comes from the correct missile silo, in TEN minutes? One a deserted road, somebody found the shot Clark, raced him to the hospital, and they've finished operating on him and have him checked into his room, in TWENTY MINUTES' TIME? I'm all for fast-paced episodes, but that's just too much.

I wouldn't have had a problem had it been three or four hours, but ONE?

Other than that, I enjoyed the events of the episode, and they've got me curious about Lionel's fate, now, as well as who the "loved one" is that'll suffer. John Kent? Chloe?

Uhm...I think they know about the time factor different. But hey, maybe Chloe has a secret power on her own, that she doesn't know yet about. ;)
