Smallville thoughts

Jonathan Kent. Clark was Martha's maiden name, whom she gave Kal his first name.

BTW, I have heard rumors that the WB wanted to do a Young Bruce Wayne series, so if that happens, most likely it will spin off from Smallville, unlike Birds of Prey, which was the second TV series from the Smallville creators.

What episode?

And don't tell me that Chloe is going to be Lois Lane, a pen name.

Well I still think Clark shoulda gone with Chloe - she's much cuter thean Ms Kruek! (sp)

I have always told my firends I would like to have seen Bruce Wayne showing up on Smallville. Maybo his car breaks down in town or something.

I always though Tom Wopat should be a friend or cousin :D of Jonathan Clarks. Drives up to the house in a beat up old orange Dodge Charger. Door is stuck shut so he has to climb out the window to get out.

My script for Jonathan meets Tom

Jonathan- "You still driving that old thing around."

LOL - I think that scene would be wonderful Dagger

Hmm, if Clark is 16 in season 3, and Lex is in his early 20s, possibly Bruce could just be a few years older than Clark.

What! Unless time moves slower on the show than realife then season one would be two years ago making Clark 14. I'm sorry, but there's no way Clark or any of his friends looked anything like 14 when that show started. Hell, they didn't look 16 either, but 14 is just crazy.

They really ought to get actual teenagers to play teenagers on TV for a change....

Nah. Hollywood and TV life is rough enough on adults. Let's not inflict it on younger folk when we don't have to.

Nah. Chloe's the fun girl, the kind you want to have a one-night stand (not because she's blond). Kristin Kruek is the kind of girl you can get serious with, at least have a crush on the girl-next-door.

I think you mean Lana. :D And only if you want to hook up with a mannequin.

Let's see. First year was their freshman year. So second year was their sophomore year. Anyone know if the school they go to is one of those schools in which there're 3 or 4 grade levels? If it's the 3 grade level kind (10-12) then in the 3rd season they'd be Seniors, and Clark's probably about 18 (Which means he started out around 16). It it's a 4 year deal (9-12th), then Clark's at best 17. Which is ok. Clark's an alien, after all. He can look a little bit older. At least the rest look younger, especially Pete.

Hopefully, though, this third year will be their senior year, and they'll be out of high school after this season.

As for Lois Lane, no, she hasn't appeared, yet. What I've heard, however, is that she's a cousin of Chloe. Not particularly fond of that idea, however, or the idea of making her a couple years older than Clark. She's supposed to be in college, already. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like the idea of Lois being about Lex's age.

I think Lex is in his early-to-mid 20's. Personally, Lois should be older than Clark but no more than one year. If she appears in this coming third season, she should be a senior attending Metropolis High Schoool, while Clark is a junior (provided he comes home after running away).

Does anyone remember how old Lex was supposed to be when Lionel Luthor had his affair with that whack job? I think it was when Lex's mother was dying. Did they say how old he was when she died?

I bring it up because Lex's brother, Lucas, just turned 18. So if it it was mentioned how old Lex was when his mother was dying or when Lionel had the affair, then one can easily figure out Lex's age (Whatever his age was, then, plus 18, and maybe an extra year thrown in for the 9-month pregnancy).

But assuming he was about 4 when she died, that puts him at about 22.
