Snake's Swiftness. What should be counted as "additional attack" in this case?

The spell (in Miniatures Handbook) says "This spell does not allow the subject to make more than one additional attack in a round. If subject has already made an additional attack, due to a prior casting of this spell, from the haste spell, or from any other source, this spell fails."

So, what should be counted as "additional attack" in this case? For example,

1: An extra melee attack from Cleave feat.
2: An extra melee attack due to using two weapons.
3: An extra ranged attack from Rapid Shot feat.
4: Additional attacks of opportunity from Combat Reflexes feat.

Shall those attacks counted as "additional attack" for the spell's limitation?

FYI, description of Haste spell is not using the word "additional attack". It says "an extra attack". So we cannot say something is not counted as an "additional attack" because it says "an extra attack".

i think it should work just like hast in terms of additinal attacks.

I think it would fail if, in the same round, the target already:
- Used Cleave, and does not have Great Cleave
- Is under the effects of Haste, and took a full-attack action
- Used Whirlwind Attack

I think the intention is to ban using it in combination with a spell or class ability that allows the character to make an additional attack beyond those allowed by the standard limits.

Haste, for example, allows an additional attack at the character's highest bonus. A character with normal attacks of +6/+1 would get +6/+6/+1 when under the effect of haste. AoOs are at full bonus (+6 in this case), and any Great Cleave attacks are at the same bonus as when they are earned.

The Rapid Shot feat allows the character to make an extra attack at the highest bonus, but all are penalized by -2, so the +6/+1 character using Rapid Shot would get +4/+4/-1.

Snake's Swiftness allows the character an additional attack much the same way as haste does, except on someone else's turn instead of your own. What the restriction is getting at is that you only get 1 such additional attack in a round, from any source; all other additional ones are lost.
