Sneak Attack, Insightful Strike, and expanding feats..

Empath Negative

The next incarnation of the rogue should read remarkably like the swashbuckler. I am specifically referring to Insightful Strike.

Further, the issue of applying this extra damage to creatures otherwise immune could come from"hunter" feats.

For example, a rogue with 5 ranks of knowledge: religion would be eligible for a feat Hunter: Undead.. Or even specific types of undead... (or even an additional undead type for every five ranks of religion) That would allow that rogue to deal bonus damage against it

Why?

And what if my vision of my rogue is of the stupid but cunning type?

No thanks, let's just not have massive numbers of creatures be immune to sneak attack instead.

I can see that 99% of creatures have some weakness that would allow you to deal more damage, including chairs, but I think it would make a good unique feature for oozes/elementals, ie: homogeneous things.
