So, what are the "400 actually useful" feats?

I spotted this from Mearls over on Deep in the Game:

(400 might sound like a lot, but when you consider there are 11 base classes, plus 12 or so other classes, plus feat prereqs keep only a certain slice of feats available to you at any given time, and the number becomes more manageable.)
So? What are the "actually useful feats," IYO?
