There are worse things to get. Of course, I have both the Red Box *and* all the Arkham Horror expansions.

Well, technically, so do I.

I just enjoy name-dropping some Lovecraft when I can.

Or hold on to it for a while, then sell it on ebay.

I have the receipt from Borders still, the box is unopened, and my FLGS is two minutes from Borders.....so Rules Compendium it is.

I rather like the box itself. It's a cool box and I'll probably stuff it with a Compendium and Heroes of the X books.

Also dice. You can never have too many.

Also tokens. They're pretty cute. The maps are OK if you don't already have them (Crossroads and Monster Lair).

It actually is a really sturdy box. Not quite as sturdy as some of the GMT boxes... say the one for Leaping Lemmings... but it's really thick cardboard.
