I am not sure how many kids are really playing with toys nowadays. Obviously, some are, but the second they get access to electronics, a lot of their enthusiasm goes there, from what I've seen. I suspect the toy industry is, in part, adapting to less demand from kids as well in addition to the demand from adult collectors.

Yea $25 puts them in line with other Hasbro 6-inch figures, like the Star Wars Black Series and the new GI Joes aimed at older collectors.

I gotta get that Dungeon Master / Venger 2-pack, though, so that they can hang out with Grogu and Darth Vader.
