Sorc spells for a gestalt sorc/dread necromancer

Yeah, desecrate is pretty much a "Must-Have" if you can get it.

Spectral Hand, for delivering touch attacks at range.

Hold Person is great for letting your undead minions coup-de-grace to their unbeating hearts' content.

I thought desecrate is not on the DN's spell lists?

I was thinking of making the sorc the blasting part.....with levels in archmage allowing me to use touch attacks and greater harm 60 ft away........

It's not. That's why I suggested it as a spell to supplement the DN's list.

I think you'd need a feat like Arcane Disciple to get it, though.

Arcane Disciple: Undeath gives you Desecrate at 2nd level and Animate Dead at 3rd level, Question, added straight to your Dread Necromancer spell list. It also gives you Circle of Death at 5th.

All the other spells are on your list, but desecrate, animate a level earlier, and circle of death are completely worth it. Arcane Disciple: Evil also nets you Desecrate, but not the animate or circle of death. I prefer Undeath for both thematic and powergame reasons.
