Just found out my cousins Pookie and Nay-Nay were killed in a car accident in Nigeria, leaving behind no close heirs and millions of dollars.

Lucky you. Me, I only got the following 5 spam letters today: 3 offering to sell me software, 1 whose subject says "company representative needed" (I practically never open spam, so...), and 1 pretending to be from PayPal.
Fortunately, the SpamGuard got them all.

Why on earth would you want me to forward them to you? Are you wanting to bait them?

I might still have all the old archives of them if you want them, unless gmail removed them, since they show up in spam folder.

I would love to be able to recommend I Hate Spam, but in my experience it only catches about 60% of the spam. There's one type (something about rolex watches) that always seems to sneak through no matter how often I "teach" IHS that it is spam.

I did get so sick of spam in the past few months that I actually changed e-mail addresses. I probably will start doing that now every year or so.

You know with all the Hackers and Crackers out there you'd think these people couple be used to do something useful- like hack the spammers and erase their email address books or something. :\

In any case, its my theory that emails about "If little Johnney gets 8 gazillion emails- Bill Gates will give his kidney..." all those emails signatures were collected by the spammers, and jokes as well. When you forward those emails to 50 of your friends, one of them will forward all those addresses right into the hands of a spammer.

There are other ways I am sure.

Best thing to do- Spam Guard, get a junk email address through Hotmail, Yahoo, or some other free thing and use that for people you don't trust or on boards when you need to give out your address. Never use your paid for address.
