Spear Fighting Prc?

There'll be one in ENArsenal: Spears and Javelins whenever it gets finished. I know cause I'm the one who hasn't finished it.

I wrote a spear throwing/fighting prestige class into the Quintessential Barbarian II.

Speaking of which:

Is there some reason you made +11 BAB for the classes a prerequisite intestead of +10? All the remaining requirements seem to be doable by 10th level. But 10 level non-epic classes that you can't take a level of until 12th seem... odd to me.
