Special Conversion Thread: Aboleths

I suggested the following upthread for the epic feats:
Improved Metamagic, Automatic Quicken Spell, Epic Spell Casting, Improved Spell Capacity (x2), Spell Knowledge (x2)
However, looking at the ruler's feats, I think it's easier to keep the ruler's and swap Imp Metamagic for Spell Stowaway and Extend Spell for Quicken Spell. Then we'd have

Ability Focus (enslave), Alertness, Combat Casting, Quicken Spell, Iron Will, Improved Initiative, Quicken Spell-Like Ability (telekinesis), Spell Stowaway (time stop), Automatic Quicken Spell, Epic Spell Casting, Improved Spell Capacity (x2), Spell Knowledge (x2)

We just need to make sure it knows time stop.

We'll need to add four spells for its Spell Knowledge feats.

Skills: 13 at 43 ranks
We gave the ruler aboleth Bluff, Concentration, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (any 3), Listen, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Spot

It will need to specifically have Knowlege (arcana), as it needs 24 ranks for Epic Spellcasting feat prereq.

So how about max ranks in...

Bluff, Concentration, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (history), Knowledge (religion), Knowledge (the planes), Listen, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Spot, Use Magic Device?

Let's replace Alertness with something useful, like Lightning Reflexes or Skill Focus (Spellcraft), to boost its epic spellcasting. It's Listen and Spot skill are already incredible.

Let's go with SF (Spellcraft). Improving the Ref save from +14 to +16 may not help a whole lot at its CR anyway.

Starting with skills: as usual, swap Spellcraft -> Psicraft, Know (arcana) -> Know (psionics). Pilfer some ranks for Autohypnosis or maybe replace Know (religion).

And don't forget UMD ==> Use Psionic Device.

I'm fine with replacing Know (religion) entirely with Autohypnosis.
