Sure!

I believe we discussed at one point giving them something similar to "item master", which usually looks like this...

Item Master (Ex): A noble aboleth can use any magic item, even spell completion items such as wands or scrolls. It can also create any item or construct as though it had the necessary feats and prerequisite spells or other requirements.

Does that work, or should we tone it down a bit?

Wait, I thought it was psitech and sci/future tech? Psitech should be a straight adaptation of that, I guess. For the scientific/futuristic stuff, let's go take a look at that section of the DMG/SRD...

Ahh...that makes sense. :)

Thus...

Psionic Item Master (Ex): A noble aboleth can use any psionic item, even power completion items such as power stones. It can also create any item or construct as though it had the necessary feats and prerequisite powers or other requirements.

It looks like the Futuristic Items in the DMG mainly focuses on weaponry, noting that Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Futuristic) is needed to use these weapons.

Hmm. Perhaps we should look a little harder. Any other good sources on futuristic stuff? Give them appropriate Crafting feats? You know, just brainstorming, should we take a look at ethergaunts for ideas?

Good suggestion. It looks like it's a few specific items, but this bit might be worth adapting...

Ethergaunts have developed a number of technological marvels. Because the race shuns art or pleasure, most such devices facilitate one of two activities: genocide or the eradication of religious devotion. Though the features of these objects resemble those of magic items, the objects are in fact technological and are not affected by spells such as antimagic field. Only ethergaunts have the knowledge and skill to build or maintain these devices.

So maybe they can create "futuretech items" that mimic the effects of standard magic items, but do not detect as magic, and are not vulnerable to antimagic and magic-suppressing effects?
