So maybe they can create "futuretech items" that mimic the effects of standard magic items, but do not detect as magic, and are not vulnerable to antimagic and magic-suppressing effects?

Indeed he did. By far my favorite mixed-monster collection (FC1 and Lords of Madness are on par in quality, but are more specifically-focused).

Psionic Noble Feats

Here are my thoughts:

Alertness, Combat Manifestation, Iron Will, Improved Initiative, Overchannel, Psionic Meditation

Ok, skills first. If I'm getting this right, for the greater aboleth, we put ranks in Bluff, Concentration, 3 Knowledges, Listen, Spellcraft, Spot, UMD. Nobles don't need UMD because of Item Mastery, so maybe swap that and a Knowledge for a Craft (or two)?

For the "futuretech" variant, give it Exotic Weapon Proficiency (futuristic weapons) as a bonus feat?

Agreed to those feats. For the "standard" ones, what do we want to swap for Overchannel and Psionic Meditation?
