If you really want to pick up speed, you need Alter Self to bump up your base movement. With Alter Self you lose all your racial bonuses (which, as a human, is nada) and gain the racial traits of the new form. For speed I recommend a Varag (from MM4), which has a base move of 60' and Run and Spring Attack as racial feats. The problem is that Alter Self is difficult to acquire as a Barbarian/Cleric. The only standard way I know is via the Spell domain, where you can use Anyspell as your 3rd level domain spell to pick up a 2nd level arcane spell, which is what Alter Self is. You won't be able to use this until you hit Clr 5, but then you can skip the annoying prerequisites for Spring Attack entirely as long as you're using Alter Self to become a Varag. Instead of Dodge, Mobility, and Spring Attack you can instead take the Domain Spontaneity feat to get multiple castings of Alter Self.
