Not that I know of.

Nope.

kreynolds is correct on both points.

Spell-like abilities work just like the spell of that name, except that they have no verbal, material or somatic components. And a spell without somatic components doesn't suffer from arcane spell failure.

Especially relevant if you're using psionics, by the way. That lack of somatic components has saved my psion character's skin more than once, and not just because of being able to wear armor.
