spellfire and silverfire

Maybe I am crazy... but I could have sworn I saw in the FRCS that if you wanted to use spellfire or silverfire that you needed to take a special feat at first level in order to wield either of those. I looked last night and did not see it.

Did I imagine it or did I just overlook it?

Wielding spellfire requires the feat Spellfire Wielder from Magic of Faerun. It also requires DM approval.
Silverfire is a benefit of being a Chosen of Mystra, not something you can use a feat for.
