D&D 5E Spells available to Warlock

I understand that Warlocks can cast a number of spells each day according to the table on page 106 PHB. But what spells does the Warlock have prepared each day? Are all known spells available each day? Or is does the Warlock only have available a number of spells equal to the number of spell slots.

Honestly the text on page 107 of the PHB could be clearer.

Warlocks don't prepare spells. You have all your spells known available at all times.
