Both of those were pretty good episodes.

"Ouroboros" is also the episode with the tesseracting machine. Storywise, it's one of the most important episodes of the series. Anyone who hasn't seen it who's interested in the show should read the synopsis.

"Be All My Sins Remembered" also features some backflash sequences where we see Beka and Harper meeting for the first time.
