Starship Combat Question

Is it possible to ready an action in starship combat just like in regular combat? It is not mentioned in the starship combat section, but it seems to me like you would be able to.

Does the quick turn stunt still require a move point to use?

Scratch the second question. I read the first paragraph under stunts.

I have no problem with using Ready Action in vehicle and starship combats. While you can use a move action prior to Ready an Action, you can still only perform one declared action when triggered.
