Starting at 0-level in D&D 5e

Although the idea intrigues me - my players would balk at it. They are barely OK with starting at level one!

Then don't. It is however quite funny and you may end up with different characterd as you'd expect.
Additum to the post above. When you get to level 1 you may raise your stats by a few points.
