Nura is on bugbuster mission but I think that is planed to end before the MA.
if non of them will be back for it Lord Baldrian is ready to save the world (or try not to get someone killed)

Nobody in PH1 is going to finish before this thing gets going, I suspect. Prolly be in the Inn after the thing has started.

Which begs the question: If most resources are on the MA (judges, available GMs), is there going to be potential hop-on points or efforts to ensure non-MA adventures still get run? If most the LEW resources are bound to MA efforts, that could have a detrimental effect [e.g, lots of PCs waiting until judges/GMs are available, but potentially exacerbated]. Of course, this is the nature of PBM, I just wanted to know if that issue has been considered.

There will likely be a few non-MA adventures that get run outside of the MA, and as parts of the MA finish, resources will free up.

I'm running an adventure that just happens to have a tie in, but it shouldn't be monopolizing anything or anyone specificly. RA won't even be able to play in it, and he has 3 active characters.

We have plenty of GMs for PCs. I think the opposite may be an issue. But yeah, there are midway hopping-in points.

I'm not quite sure how far behind the Character judges are, but it might be nice to let them catch up a bit, particularly because they have a few high level and complex characters coming their way.

Which is among the reasons that the first bit of the prelude has no XP awards, so the char judges can take it easy and take their time on any character for the Mega Adventure.
