Wuss. I have grey hairs, and I'm 21. My brother, at the tender age of 18, has more of them than I do. We blame it on our three other younger siblings. :\

Turning 30 this week, does that count.

I feel healthy, maybe a little over weight but all in all I feel good. Still have all my hair and no grey. I got good genetics for hair, none of my uncles or grandparent ever went bald on either side of the family so I got that.

I never gave a thought about grey hair until I saw it in my chest hairs, then I felt old. :D

I was 23 when I was told I had RA and my back was fusing, I am 45 now.

Eeep.

Took the opportunity offered by my recent hospital stay to grow a beard. Haven't had one in 5 or 6 years, and I've always had nice ones. Well, after ten days I had a decent growth going. Right around the upper lip and chin it had nice color. Everywhere else, ears down, it was white as the driven snow. Scary. Beard now gone. It's one thing being the "greylock". It's kinda striking. Being the "greybeard" at age 39? That is a bit too much.

But the thing is, I found the first grey hairs a few months ago and I also got married a few months ago. :uhoh:
Hope my wife doesn't find this thread... ;)

Str 13, Dex 13...

I'm kinda suprised, what with how many folks here actually know alsih2o, that no one's called him on this yet. I'm almost willing to give him the 13 Str, but 13 Dex? He's on my level or higher with the joint probs. I know this is a Fantasy forum, but... :)

My grey hair doubled when I got married and doubled again when we had a child.

Now I just need a "Control Rel" to see if these things would have happened anyway. If anybody knows where I can find one, I've got some yardwork I could get him on too. The lazy bastard!

His daily diet was a bowel of oatmeal and two meals of vegetables.
Two out of every three meals being vegetables would be tough, but measuring my oatmeal in the way you describe would be worse.

No wonder the rest of the world went metric.

my knees aren't what they used to be. A few hours driving and it hurts to stand up. Getting through an entire film without getting up to stretch is sometimes quite painful.

Yeah, I didn't feel old when I turned twenty five, and when my mother in law quipped, just before my thirtieth birthday "How does it feel to be comin up on the big 3-0?" I just retorted, "I don't know, Mom. How does it feel to have a son-in-law who's comin' up on the big 3-0."

I did start to feel old, though, when I couldn't stand up from a chair without making old man noises because my knees hurt so bad.

I've since started taking a daily Glucosamine and Chondroitine complex, and I feel human again. If you're over 6' tall or wiegh more than 200 lbs, I highly recommend this stuff, even if your joints haven't started giving out on you yet.

My cholesterol is about 180. What's supposed to be "right"?

Otherwise, I'm in good shape. My biggest complaint is that I started balding in high school, though it wasn't real noticible until I was 21 or so. What was left started graying at 30. I gave up a week ago and just shaved it all off.
