Let's see......
I found my first grey hair when I was about 28, which contrast sharply with my baby face

Tried to grow my mustache back a few months ago, but when half of it came out grey, shaved it off...

I'll be 32 in June, and I'm seriously, seriously thinking about going to the doctor for a complete physical, just to identify any potential problems before they get out of hand.

5'11'', about 290lbs, eating habits aren't bad (not a lot of junk foods, like chips and candy), but I drink entirely too much soda and coffee. Smoking doesn't help either.

Like I said, I'm gonna visit the old sawbones just to find out what condition I'm in. While I'm still (fairly) young and able to deal with any problems that might arise.

I know what y'all are talking about when you talk about the knees....it's like one day, you wake up, and your joints aged ten years or something.

Good for you! Welcome to the club. I'll PM you with the secret handshake so you can recognize others who shave their heads. :p

I just wish my wife hadn't reacted like I'd grown a purple mohawk: "Now, you know, you're going to be in a wedding in September. You might want to ask (bride and groom) how they feel about you doing something like that."

It's not like I had much hair to begin with, and I've used a 1/4" clipper for the last several years, anyway. I guess she thinks it makes me look intimidating. I just think it took five years off my appearance.

Sounds like me. I just tried it for a fun change of pace and have decided to stick with it for the last few months. Not sure it makes me look any younger (or better) but I like it and that's all that matters.

My daughter doubled over laughing the first time she saw it and still gets a kick out of it (probably would be used to it by now if I saw her more often, but she's 600 miles away now). My ex didn't like it, but knew saying so would just make me smile, so she just looked sour and swallowed her response. That alone was worth the trouble!

Well, i think I have some weird knee problem in which my kneecap will randomly go out of its socket and then back in every once in a while, it only happens when I am walkingthough, not while I am sitting, but I dont know what it really is. I have severe eczema and I am 16, but I have had it since I was four.

Could be worse. You could have just turned 35 and are off from work because you doctors have not let you go back to work. I have been off of work for 4 weeks now due to having heart failure. I have hyper tension and my heart was pumping fluid into my lungs. My blood presure was at 270 I spent 5 days in a ICU ward. I though I had pnemonia but I was actully dying.

They say I'll probably never be able to do any streneous work again. I currently work in a factory and most of my work involves toil and labor. I don't think my boss' will let me just sit around much longer and I'll most likely loose my job and be out of insurance soon. So I am pretty much screwed.

PS>>> I keep lying to my boss that I will be able to go back to work so they'll keep from taking away my insurance. :(

BB you need to start looking into disability and you need to understand CHF. It can save your life.

My sob story is sorta like Mark's

When I was 18 they figured out I had thyroid problems. At 28 my cholesterol jumped into the 350+ range even with meds and an active job (I am an ER/ICU/Poison Center nurse) my cholesterol still hasn't come down to acceptible levels (2 different statins, welchol, and now zocor + niacin). To add insult to injury last year my heart decided to beat to a different drum for several minutes which left me out cold and pulseless (good thing I work in a hospital). It looks like I am going to have to go back for another cardiac cath near the end of the year. That seems a little much for a 36 year old, 6'7" 250 male.
